Staff friendly. Layla at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Shower in bathroom showed its age a little but otherwise was very clean. Plenty of hot water. Nice to have small fridge in the room. Very pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig coffee maker in room. Very nice touch.

The check in Saturday afternoon was wonderful, I smelled bleach and freshness! Front desk clerk was so polite and helpful. My roo. Was really pretty an clean. 1 complaint that was fixed asap the heat went off an stayed off night clerk gave a polite customer service attitude and I love that! She gave us an extra blanket too!! The breakfast was great with a couple choices or 3 for meats and the sides went well. 10/10 I'd book this location again! Noose level 1-2 upstairs walkers lol

I like the courtesy of the staff, the breakfast was good the beds are extremely comfortable.

I liked how spacious and comfortable the room was. It was very clean and I liked the higher end shower and hygine products in the bathroom. I also like the location of this hotel, near the freeway and also by some fun attractions like Sterling State Park and The Sports Garden putt putt and batting cages.

The breakfast was excellent and well prepared by cooks. The most selection I have ever seen. Had our 4 grandchildren and was able to give each one what they wanted or liked.

room had a lot of horizontal spaces for storage, bedding was excellent, tv larger than normal with plenty of channels to choose from. breakfast was good

The breakfast was AMAZING!! We had the hot tub suite and it was very spacious. The only complaint that I have is that the toilet was horrible. I would definitely stay again!!

Front desk was nice when i needed help getting into the gym and the pool was clean. My room was also clean. Continental Breakfast is good. They offered eggs ,oatmeal,cereal, cinnamon buns, sausage, bacon and ,pancakes . It's about 20 minutes away from a big shopping center and there is a Red lobster and Burger on the same block. As a solo traveler, im glad it was an extra lock on the door . Theres no scenery, but that's just kind of that town. I would stay again if I have to come back to the area.
